Zowor steel fire exit doors are tested to standard UL10(c), UL10(b), NFPA252 and CAN/ULC S104 and withstand against fire for 123mins. So our steel fire exit doors earn fire grade of 2 hours, which exceeds furtherly the standard.

Application

Steel fire eixt doors can be used in various places or circumstances. But which fire ratings and circumstances match each other?

Well, for houses, flat rooms and hotel rooms we usually recommend 30mins steel fire doors. For factories we install 45mins or 60mins UL steel fire doors.For hospitals we use 90mins steel fire doors. And for industrial facility it should be 90 or 120mins steel fire doors. Top rating 180mins fire doors are normally designed for circumstances with high explosion risk such as oil plant, oil storage room and so on.

Features

1. Each Zowor steel fire exit door is supplied as a single, fully pre-assembled unit. It is ready for wall installation with certified self-tapping screws through predrilled holes in the frame, or by welding if preferred. Once installed, it will operate as a normal steel door;

2. Filled in high refractory and heat-insulating material to ensure life safety;

3. Thickening and reinforcement, solid construction, stable bearing and impact resistance;

4. There is no soldering point on the surface of the product, which is easy to disinfect and clean;

Vision panels can also be inserted into this type of Zowor steel fire exit doors, here we have fireproof galsses to different standard, but with same fire rating ot at least 3 hours.

Door Sash Material: galvanized steel, 304 stainless steel;

Thickness of Steel Panel For Door: 0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm

Thickness of Steel Panel For Frame: It matches the thickness of steel panel for door like the following: 0.8mm--1.2mm;1.0mm--1.5mm;1.2mm--2.0mm

Door Filler: There are different options for you, standard filler by us is fireproof perlite board or magnesium oxide board. Otherwise, we can also customize the fillers to be mineral wool, honeycomb paper which has been specially treated. Moreover, polyethylene foam is also one choice for you.

Door Thickness: standard thickness of door is 45mm, namely 13/4’’.

Door Dimension: Max size is 3’ wide by 7’ high for single door(W915mm* H2134mm), for double doors it should be 8’ wide by 8’ high(W2401mm*H2403mm ).

Frame Depth: 120mm

Frame Types: Knock-down frame, Welded frame

Ironmongery

As standard we will match ironmongery such as door closer, hinges, panic push bars and fire bolts which are tested in accordance with American standard.

We can also supply with hardware under other standards as your request; or you can just purchase hardware yourself, but in this case we need the hardware samples to be sent to cut holes in doors for you.

Package

Our fire door and frame are individually packed.

• One layer perlite cotton around door and frame.
• Foam plates around 4 edges and corners.
• Two foam sheets on perlite cotton between foam plates.
• Two layers strong carton on each side of door.
