UL Steel Fire Door
Gray Color UL Listed Insulated Fire Door With 5 mm Glass Ceramic
Zhongwo Fire Door started its operation since 1995 as a village workshop with only 15 employees. During 24 years development we have grown up to a modern group company including 2 production bases covering more than 89,000m2 with more than 400 employees. Thanks to our modern fully automatic production line we can manufacture one door within 1 minute, thus our daily production reaches about 1000 doors.
As far as steel fire doors are concerned, we have different standards meeting various demands of our customers from different countries. For customers who need American standard we have UL listed fire doors(Standard: UL10(b),UL10(c),NFPA252, CAN/ULC S104); for customers who need British standard we have steel fire doors certified in accordance with standard BS476:22. We are also dealing with certificates under standard EN1634:1 for EU market.
Our UL listed steel fire door withstand up to 180mins against fire. Main material for UL listed steel fire doors are galvanized steel and Mgo board as filler. For steel sheet we have three options:0.8mm,1.0mm and 1.5mm thick. For fillers we also supply perlite board and honeycomb paper for your choice.
Thickness of our UL steel fire door is generally 45 mm, frame depth is 115 mm.
Door types differs into two standard series, namely flush doors and doors with vision panels. We can also customize different types as your request.
Dimensions by us are standard 6’X7’ & max. 8’X8’ for double doors and standard 3’X7’ & max. 4’X8 for single doors. Attention, here we mean the overall frame sizes.
For surface treatment we have powder coating, wood grain and PVC coating for your choice. The color system by us is RAL.

Ironmongery
All of our standard ironmongery including hinges,locks, bolts and closers are UL listed. If you need we can also purchase others like panic bars, electric magnetic door holders and door selectors for you.
Vision Panels
We supply you with different glass series like CCC certified heat insulated fireproof glass with fire rating up to 3 hours and UL listed 5 mm thick glass ceramic and 6 mm thick boronized glass.
Maximum glass area is 2 hours & 100sq. Inches per door leaf.
Besides, we also provide reinforcement channel and glass frame made of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel.
Reinforcements
· Top and bottom of doors shall be reinforced with continuous 16-gauge steel channels, spot welded to both sides of doors.
· Hinge reinforcements shall be 11-gauge steel angle, 12" long
· Cylindrical lock reinforcement shall be 16-gauge with 11-gauge thread depth. Other lock and closer reinforcements shall be 12-gauge.
· Doors shall be reinforced for all surface type hardware. Drilling and tapping of surface hardware to be done in the field by the erector.
· Edges of door shall be continuously seam welded, ground, and filled to ensure a smooth finish.
