Zhongwo fire door is a fire rated doors manufacturer located in Zhengzhou city of Henan provice, China. Since the foudation in 1995 we have developed ourselves for 25 years. Thanks to the history we gather many experiences in producing, selling and installing fire doors.
Zhongwo wood fire door with steel frame consists of wooden door leaf and steel frame. In the door leaf we fill fireproof perlite boad and soundproof blankets(options) to insure the fire rated and soundproof performance. The door leaf skeleton is made of fir wood imported from Canada, and also the frame. Fire rating of the door decides on difference in thickness and density of fireproof perlite boards. And the door frame is made of 1.2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. Besides, between door leaf and frame we cover the gap with one astragal made of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet to stop smoke from getting through in case of fire.
