Self Closing Fire Doors
Self closing fire doors are one of the fireproof separation facilities of buildings. They are usually used on firewalls, stairwell entrances or pipe openings, and play an important role in reducing fire damage.
Zhongwo fire rated exit doors are equipped with galvanized or stainless steel door closers to pull the sash back closed once being opened.

Fire Rating
Fire Rating of Zhongwo steel fire doors can divide into 4 groups according to different applications. And the test standards are either british standard BS476:22 or American standard UL10(b) & UL10(c).

1. Easy to install
Steel door hardware is generally installed on site, while steel wood doors are normally assembled with frame leaves, reducing on-site installation costs. Steel frame fixing is faster and more convenient than that of wooden frame.
2. Strong Applicability
The installation of fireproof door frames is before earthen plastering and steel frames are generally less susceptible to damage than wood frames. In addition, in the basement and the coastal area, the steel frame avoids the disadvantages of the wooden frame being easy to absorb water and deform.
3. Top Fire Insulation Performance
Average temperature rise of unexposed surface reaches 94.2℃, highest temperature rise at single point reaches 148.6℃, both are far away lower than the standard of not beyond 140℃ and 180℃. And the highest temperature point on door frame reaches 140.8℃, also much lower than the standard of not beyond 360℃.
4.Top Quality and Eco-friendly& Healthy Infilling Material
All of our fireproof perlite board must reach level A1 of the combustion performance standard according to GB8624-2006 and level ZA2 of toxicity standard according to GB/T20285-2006.
Besides, the density of our fireproof perlite board is in top quality, originally it reaches 472.6kg/m3, by drying treatment it still remains457.3kg/m3, which are both great higher than the standard of 420kg/m3.
