Product Description
Zhongwo FD60 single leaf steel insulated fire doors with vision panel all passed the 60min fire test according to BS476:part 22, in other words, we can provide you all certificates or fire test reports you want.
Door leaf is filled with 38 mm thick fireproof perlite board with density of 300±30 kg/m3. And the door leaf panel is covered on both sides with 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet.Thickness of the galvanized steel sheet for the fd30 fire door frame starts from 1.2 mm via 1.5 mm to 1.8 mm, or even 2.0 mm. Inside there is also fireproof perlite board as infilling material and the frame depth reaches at least 112 mm.

Eco-friendly& Healthy Infilling Material: All of our fireproof perlite board must reach level A1 of the combustion performance standard according to GB8624-2006 and level ZA2 of toxicity standard according to GB/T20285-2006.
